I used Viktor - VMV Boiler service for the very first time and very impressed with the service. My boiler had not been serviced for over last 9 years, so was loosing pressure. I thought that if it does not work after service then I would had to change it. Viktor came and serviced it, found the fault during the service and fixed the fault as part of his service deal. Now boiler is working good and my home is cozy. He saved me replacing the boiler and maybe the rest of radiator and piping system. Excellent service. Victor was very professional and made the process of getting the gas certificate sorted very clear.  Also he gave excellent advice and support for future maintenance of the system. I had called VMV gas engineer’s this morning because my boiler had a water leak. They were able to come in the afternoon and check the issue, recommended a solution. They were able to resolve the problem  and my boiler was fixed by the evening. They are responsive and thorough. They were very helpful to have the boiler issue sorted out.
